Our staff has more than thirty years of training experience using synchronous and asynchronous communications.
We are skilled in developing and delivering human resource training programs (pay, benefits and compensation) and property management workshops to large audiences in person, as well as, via distance learning and televised media.
RRGI's President, Kay W. Johnson graduated from the University of Maryland, University College (UMUC) College Park, MD with a B.S. in Paralegal Studies and a M.A. in Human Resource Management. She earned her Society for Human Resource Management Certification from George Washington University, Washington, D.C.
Ms. Johnson is also a retirement subject matter expert and her experience includes managing retirement portfolios for the private and the public sector. She gained extensive knowledge working with T. Rowe Price at the prestigious Brookings Institution, with the Thrift Savings Plan at The Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board (Board), with ERISA at the Pension Benefits Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) and with the Civil Service Retirement Program at the Administrative Office of the U. S. Courts (AO).
Our President has more than 15 years experience in the real estate industry. She was a Buildings Management Specialist with the General Services Administration, NASA, FAA and DOT. She is a licensed real estate agent in Washington, D.C. and also in Maryland. She formerly worked with Weichert Realtors in Silver Spring and she is currently with Kingdom Properties, Inc., Washington, D.C.
